Marianne (Maire) Regan began working in the financial service industry in 2005. She started as an Office Manager, became a Registered Financial Assistant and is now an Independent Advisor Representative. She is affiliated with Royal Alliance Associates, Inc., an independent broker dealer. She provides investment advisory services through NWF Advisory Services, Inc.

Maire came into financial services after a career as a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT). She has a MA degree from John F. Kennedy University (California) and a BA degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She holds Series 7 and Series 66 registrations in finance and has a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation. Through her prior work as a therapist, she has a strong understanding of the emotional impact of financial insecurity on individuals and couples, which compels her interest in helping those seeking financial health and stability. Maire is also insurance licensed in California (Lic#: 0K45364) and enjoys assisting clients with their Long-Term Care, Life Insurance and Annuity needs. Maire particularly appreciates the planning aspects of finance, especially around supporting clients in their efforts to save for retirement and other life milestones.

On the operational side of Petersen Investment Planning, Maire has focused on improving our technology platforms to allow us to respond more efficiently to our clients’ needs and to give clients transparent ways to track their progress. She stays current with finance by attending conferences regularly, including the National Education Conference and the Women Advisor Conference, along with participating regularly in continuing education.

Outside the office, Maire enjoys almost anything active: working out, hiking, traveling and camping. She is especially drawn to doing these activities with her family, friends and her two dogs. She loves reading professional literature having to do with finance, psychology and home improvement. Keeping up with local and world news is essential and reading mysteries and autobiographies is always fun.
